Uknowme provides a platform for receiving anonymous feedback through shareable links. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to maintain safety, performance, or legal compliance.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to post, upload, share, or encourage content that includes:

• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or content intended to abuse others.
• Sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, or child sexual material.
• Personal data exposure (doxxing), identity theft, or impersonation.
• Spam, malware, scams, or attempts to exploit the platform.
• Any unlawful content or conduct prohibited by applicable law.

4. User Content and License

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Uknowme a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and moderate that content for operating and improving the service.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

We may review, remove, restrict, or report content/accounts that violate these Terms or pose safety risks. Enforcement decisions may include warnings, temporary suspensions, permanent removals, or legal escalation.

Uknowme is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absolute accuracy of user-generated content, or error-free availability at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uknowme and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including data loss, service interruption, or user-generated harms.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Uknowme against claims, losses, liabilities, and costs arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
